Product Repair & Replacement

Support for customers of the Double Barrel Duafl-Chamber Vaporizer, Knuckle Ring, Oil Cartridge Reloads 2 x 500mg.

The Double Barrel Warranty applies only to merchandise purchased at our partner retail locations. We stand behind the products we make and are here to ensure you enjoy the world’s first ever dual-oil vaporizer experience.

We promise to deliver the best custom vaporizing experience in the world. You have 14 days to agree or your money back. (Dual-Chamber Vaporizer only *excludes cartridges*)

Not Satisfied

If unhappy with the Double Barrel Dual-Chamber Vaporizer you have up to 14 days from original date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

  • Dual-Chamber Vaporizer must be in great condition with Knuckle Ring and base connection.
  • To complete the refund proof of purchase is required.

Defective

We guarantee our patented design and if you receive a defective Dual-Chamber Vaporizer you have 1 year from original retail date of purchase to request a repair or replacement. If you receive a defective Oil Cartridge you have up to 30 Days from original retail date of purchase to request a repair or replacement.

Double Barrel warrants against defects in materials and workmanship under general use. If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of Double Barrel to either repair the product defect or replace the product with a product that is new or is fully functional.

Dual-Chamber Vaporizer

The 1 year Limited Warranty excludes coverage and does not apply: (a) to cosmetic damage, (b) to damage caused by use with products other than those purchased with the Double Barrel unit; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Double Barrel; (e) to a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability or has been used with materials deemed inappropriate by law at the discretion of Double Barrel staff; (f) damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

Double Barrel warranty policy only covers defects that arise through a normal use of the product and does not cover other issues that are a result of (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) use with parts or supplies not provided or supported by Double Barrel; (iii) operation outside the product’s specifications; (iv) physical abuse or unauthorized modification or misuse; (v) electrical short circuits due to not keeping the thread connectors on chargers and battery clean and dry; or (vi) Battery failure due to leaking of liquid to the thread is not covered under Double Barrel warranty; or (vii) any battery where basic cleaning and sanitation standards have not been maintained – it must be clean for our staff to handle and test the device in order to verify a defect – Refer to Returns/Shipping

Oil Cartridges

The 30 day Limited Warranty excludes coverage and does not apply: (a) to cosmetic damage, (b) to damage caused by use with products other than those purchased with the Double Barrel unit; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Double Barrel; (e) to a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability or has been used with materials deemed inappropriate by law at the discretion of Double Barrel staff; (f) damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

Only Retail Store replacement will be permissible in cases of defective merchandise out of the box.

Returns / Shipping

Returns must include ONLY the defective products. Do NOT include any fully functional items or devices into your Warranty Returns, Exchange requests.

Please hold on to all of the original packaging and any working products as we will only warranty and replace the defective devices.

You may be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components for confirmation and for testing the unit to find root causes.

Depending on the situation we may provide a prepaid shipping return label at our discretion to send your defective product back to us.

After the returned product is assessed by our technical department, we will contact you with details for the replacement shipment.

Please provide your:

  • First & Last Name.
  • Copy of Receipt which clearly display’s the products in question and the date.
  • Phone Number.
  • Reasons for the return.
  • You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue.
  • If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package.

Upon receipt of returned items:

  • RMA Technicians will inspect and test your equipment.
  • If found defective we will send out a replacement of the defective product at no cost.
  • If your equipment is determined that it is fully functional, you will be notified via phone or email and Double Barrel reserves the right to return the products back.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be inspected and tested after it is delivered to us.
  • If any exchanges are issued, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
  • Replacements will be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
  • Please note that any return of open items that are fully functional will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All product returns for warranty exchanges must have an RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you.

FAQs

What do blinking lights mean?

  • Blinking lights indicate low or dead battery on the cartridge. Or you have reached the 5 second cut off for a draw. Batteries will typically lose 1-1.5% battery life each month regardless of rate of usage.

How many 5 second draws in a cart?

  • 150-200

What if I drop my device?

  • Double Barrel is meant for durability. Besides a scratch or two, functionality of batteries should be just fine. Magnet of knuckles rings is not meant to swing around and device will detach from knuckle rings with enough force.

What is the proper place to store it?

  • Dark place at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat is best. Example: do not leave in your car on summer days.

Does hot or cold affect performance?

  • Although heat will not affect performance of device, it will change the oil’s premium taste and effectiveness.

How much oil will be visible when it’s tapped?

  • There will appear to be some oil residue on sides and bottom of tank.

What if I taste a burned taste?

  • This could indicate a burned wick. This can happen when vapes are in frequent succession and longer than 5 seconds. If you experience a burnt taste right away with proper usage, please follow our defective exchange policy on website.
